Recognizing Imposter Syndrome in New Managers
I never worked as a manager, but I still find the piece relevant. I always have an inner judge placing rigid expectations on me.
I think most of us do. I have to keep asking myself - whose expectation is this and is it realistic? Usually, it's my own made up standard.
This is really great in many areas of life. Even my teenager can use this when thinking about The Judge and expectations or experiences.
